Through last week, I learned how the importance of finding the little successes.

Struggling to schedule interviews and the lack of progress on my original work throughout the past few days, resulted in me really rethinking how to improve and how I could do better. Besides promoting One Thread or putting more hours in on my original work, I think instead of drowning in the little things that are going the non-ideal, focusing on the little achievements is more motivating. For example, watching the member count in One Thread decrease meeting by meeting or the absence of needed interviews could have really damaged my self-esteem or faith in myself and the project. Thus, finding the balance of believing in myself and giving myself feedback of the happenings, in reality, is what I think keeps my spirits, energy, and mindset positive. That way I am not weighed down by the negative. However, I am still needing to keep working on the project and promoting the club.

Thus, I am still continuing to work on the original work/the quilt for One Thread. I am getting my project proposal reviewed over soon and will start sending them to other companies thereafter.

So, I hope to go to more interviews this coming week and receive more feedback about my project proposal.
