Finding Teammates

Over the last week, I am looking forward to reviewing One Thread Board of Directors applicants.

This Friday, January 31st, the One Thread Board of Directors applications will be due. The applications are on the One Thread Wix website and consist of entering the applicant’s email, contact information, and link to their resume. As I plan on reaching out to the applicants next week to schedule interview times with them, I will need to reflect on myself and understand what questions I should ask and what specific expectations and requirements I am looking for.

To promote the application process, I have made social media postings to post about the applications and One Thread board of directors’ opportunity. However, I am receiving fewer applications than expected. Therefore, I will be posting more infographics about the opportunity on One Thread’s social media as well as my social media accounts.

Lastly, for the One Thread club, I am continuing to sew the quilts and keep up the quilt making progress. I am seeing the progress slow down throughout the last couple of weeks, and thus, am trying to push the One Thread finished quilt count along the way. I am looking forward to another great week and several great applications!
