Finding the Right Path

Throughout the last week, I determined a path for my original work.

Although my original work proposal includes my original work being the foundation of One Thread’s legal work process, specifically, I would like to write specific documents for One Thread’s legal work. For example, I would like to Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Operating Agreement (Founder’s Agreement), Non-Disclosure Agreements, or Shareholder Agreements.

Yet, in order to accurately create such documents, I would like for a nonprofit organization professional or a nonprofit consultant to review my drafts. To do so, I am looking to ask Ms. Jasmine Fain, the founder of ENPWR U as well as a nonprofit consultant, if she would like to be my mentor for this ISM school year.

For One Thread, the club has been running smoothly, but we are undergoing some financial issues. Therefore, I am still slowing saving up revenue and opening up a Poshmark account to sell our no longer used clothing. With this money, we can use to fund some of One Thread’s small finances while also getting used to selling clothing online. In addition, this new experience will aid in teaching me how to manage an active inventory, marketing skills, and sales.
