Throughout the last week, I utilized my fall break to revisit and revise the One Thread business plan document and research the creation of One Thread bylaws.

Because I was traveling in Australia this past week, I did not have as much time to focus on my original work than I wanted to. Though, I reviewed my One Thread business plan I wrote last year for DECA’s Start-Up Business Plan event and made comments on the business plan with my updated ways to create revenue and operations. In addition, to make my business plan idea extremely clear, I drew several diagrams showing the cash flow and operations of One Thread in the future. With re-creating the business plan, I will need to research new costs and re-evaluation One Threads business plan on its potential success.

For my mentor, due to the fact that I have not recruited a mentor, I will also be sending emails out to the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, trying to find nonprofit organization consultants in the area.

As this week progresses, I will be focusing my attention on typing and formatting One Thread’s new business plan as well as beginning to write the One Thread bylaws.
